We follow every long-form patient at Coastal for three years past their initial cycle. We publish a summary here at the close of each year.
Year three's summary is the most encouraging one we've written. Eighty-four percent of patients were rated unchanged or improved from their year-two photographs. The single most-cited reason for the outcome, by both patients and providers, was the consistency of the daily routine rather than the in-clinic work.
The full anonymized dataset is available on request to other clinicians.
